PUBLICATIONS
To date I have published more than 240 scientific articles.
My first publication:
Recently I have received a scientific publication written by the two directors of the Regional Museum “K-Hof Kammerhofmuseen” in my hometown Gmunden (Upper Austria): J. T. Weidinger & I. Spitzbart (2017). Zur Salzmanipulation am Gmundner Rathausplatz zu Mitte des 19. Jahrhunderts, kurz vor der Auflösung des Salzamtes. Res montanarum 57/2017, 60-70. In this article the authors Johannes Weidinger and Ingrid Spitzbart describe the salt trade during mid 19th century at the town hall square in Gmunden, in former times an important salt trading town and since centuries a center for ceramic art.
To my great surprise, the authors have cited a report I wrote with a classmate at the age of 17 during the “handicraft and drawing class” in school. The 57 pages inventory “Keramiken auf Gmundner Häusern (Ceramics at houses in Gmunden)“ documents 21 contemporary ceramic artworks produced by famous artists in the early 20 th century at houses in my hometown. Surprisingly, this report, recognized with an award from the Austrian Federal Monuments Office, is still kept in the archive of the museum. Link-1 Link-2
What a nice range from my first "research work" in 1977 to our latest publications in high-ranked scientific journals!
